The word Ayurveda is composed of two terms, 'Ayush' meaning life and 'veda' meaning knowledge or science. unlike other systems, Ayurveda advocates a life style. etymologically Ayurveda means the science of life or biology.

Ayurveda believes in treatment of not just affected parts, but the induvidual as a whole. Making it the natural way to refresh yourself, eliminate all toxic imbalances from the body and thus regain resistance and good health. Ayurveda provides rational help for the treatment of many internal diseases that are considered to be obstinate and incurable in other systems of medicine.
